We Started Our Podcasts as Promised!

This week we started our Podcasts as planned.  Our 1st three include:  Navigating Isurance Companies, A more indepth explaination of our newly released Recovery Workbook and the first in probably a series of 5 on the topic of Shame and the role it plays in disordered eating patterns.
